How do I pay my driver?

You will have to make the arrangements directly with your driver. CampusLifts isn't involved in the payment process, we leave it up to both the driver and the passenger to work that out.

What do I pay my driver?

Again, CampusLifts leaves this up to the driver and passenger to arrange. We recommend at least pitching enough for your share of the gas money. Take into account how far out of his/her way the driver is headed to pick you up, let's just be fair!

May I cancel my lift offer?

If you offered a lift, but find yourself unable to follow through, check your email for the notice we sent you when you first created your lift. In it is a link you can click to delete your offer.

I didn't receive the confirmation email, what's up?

We're likely stuck in your school's spam filter. If you have access to a Junk Mail folder, look there first for our email. If you're still out of luck, email aplus(at)campuslifts.ca from the email address you signed up with and we will manually activate your account.

My city/school isn't listed, what can I do?

Tell us. If we get enough requests to include a specific city or school, we'll add it. Or just ask nicely and we may add it anyway... Remember we are currently only working within Ontario, but we'd love to hear your feedback regardless.
